REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Assistant - Student - Nurse	220.-Euro
Accompanying Person - Industry Representative	180.-Euro

VAT should be added to the registration fees.

• Registrations made until January 9th,2025 will be considered as early registration
• Cancellations after September 9th,2025 will not be accepted. Name changes are possible.
• All participants and industry representatives must register. Fees include; participation to the scientific program, congress bag and congress abstract book.
• Participant who does not accommodate at the congress hotel or who has not made the reservation through the organization secretary will be considered as external participant and charged 260€ for 4 days (between 09:00-18:00). Price includes coffee break services and lunches served during the congress (23-27 April).

Above stated accommodation prices include;

• 4-night package (Check-in: April 23, 2025, Check-out: April 27, 2025) with All Inclusive
• Cancellations after January 9th,2025 will not be accepted. Name changes are possible.
• Participant who does not accommodate at the congress hotels or who has not made the reservation through the organization secretary will be considered as external participant (VAT is not included)for 5 days (between 09:00-18:00). Price includes coffee break services and lunches served during the congress (23-27 April).

RETURN & CANCELLATION TERMS

• Requests for cancellation must be notified in written by 9 January 2025 by e-mail ([email protected]).
• Cancellation requests that are not notified in writing will not be considered. 50% of the cancellation requests will be refunded until 9 January 2025.
• Cancellation requests are not refundable after 9 January 2025.
• Name changes will be made after this date.
• All refunds will be made after the end of the congress according to the conditions stated.

AIRPORT TRANSFERS

Transportation Fee (One way)

20% VAT should be added to the transfer fees.

• Airport transfers will be organized in the form of group transfers as arrival on April 23, 2025, Wednesday and return on Sunday, April 27, 2025.
• The roundtrip airport transfer fee will be announced later.
• Please contact with Figure Congress for transfers on special and other intermediate days.
• Aircraft changes and all transfer requests must be notified (written) before 48 hours before your trip.
• our transfer requests will be taken into consideration by e-mail ([email protected]) to the Figure Congress.
